If SELFISH isn't for you, email hello@shero.one within 14 days of purchase from the address on your account and we will refund your £99 in full. No forms, no questions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Because SELFISH is a digital product with immediate lifetime access, we generally do not refund after the 14-day window. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were double-charged, the service is unusable for you, or your circumstances have changed materially — write to us anyway. We read every message and treat people like adults.
What happens to my account
When your refund is processed, we revoke access to the programme. Any PDF exports you have already downloaded are yours to keep.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank — it's faster and easier for both of us.
