Terms of Service

The agreement.

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. Who we are

SELFISH is a digital self-development programme operated at selfish.one. Contact: hello@shero.one.

2. What you get

A one-time payment of £99 unlocks lifetime access to the 49-day SELFISH programme, including the baseline and final Map, daily editorial content, private journal, progress tracker, daily reminder emails, and PDF exports of your journey.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share access, or violate these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is £99 GBP, processed by Stripe. Access is granted immediately after successful payment. Lifetime means for as long as the SELFISH service is operational — see Section 8.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: 14-day no-questions-asked refund from date of purchase.

6. Not medical or therapeutic advice

SELFISH is an editorial self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

7. Your content

Journal entries, reflections, and assessment answers you write remain yours. We store them privately, accessible only by you. We will never sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep SELFISH available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever wind the service down, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email and allow you to export your journal and journey book as PDFs before shutdown.

9. Intellectual property

The SELFISH curriculum, daily writing, brand, and design are copyright SELFISH. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content. Your personal PDF exports are for your own use.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELFISH is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
